Peter K Smith is Professor of Psychology, Head of the Unit for School and Family Studies at Goldsmiths College, University of London. He has researched on school bullying for the last 20 years, and co-edited several books on the topic, including Bullying in Schools: How Successful can Interventions be? (with Pepler & Rigby 2004). He is co-author of Understanding Children's Development (with Cowie & Blades 1988, 2003), and co-editor of The Family System Test (with Gehring & Debry, 2001). Currently, he is Chair of a four-year international project across 23 countries on Cyberbullying: coping with negative and enhancing positive uses of new technologies, in relationships in educational settings. |
