Research Interests:
• The use of psychometric tests in the work place and in education. Standardizing western instruments and as well as creating testing instruments in Zambia that can be used for placement, selection and diagnoses in both the work place and school setting.
• Issues of child development with specific reference to child abuse, children headed households, learning disabilities and the influence of culture.
• Interventions for different kinds of trauma.
